Building change leadership statewide

I partnered with the University of Nebraska Medical Center to support community organizations across the state in improving health outcomes for diverse populations. Three years of work and 400+ participants later, participants told us what made change stick.
1
Teach People Things They Can Use
97% of participants said they'd use what they learned in their daily work.
2
Build Confidence to Develop Solutions
Participants were 56% more confident in developing and testing ideas for improvement.
3
Navigate the Messy Reality of Implementation
Participants were 58% more comfortable navigating implementation challenges.
4
Engage the People Who've Been Left Out
Participants were 71% more confident identifying diverse stakeholder needs, and 66% more comfortable meaningfully engaging diverse stakeholders.
5
Strengthen Change Leadership Skills
Overall change leadership capacity increased by 40%.
Perhaps the most important result: Participants can now do this themselves. When you teach people skills, you set them up to lead change in their communities long after you have left.

"Jeff is an outstanding educator and coach. He has been amazing in tailoring his presentations to the needs of the audience. I have always heard glowingly positive feedback from those who he has coached during the last 3 years of working with us."
