The Sustainable Change System
An evidence-based communication system that translates learning into lasting results — sustained engagement and reduced turnover during change.

What It Delivers
Three outcomes that work together, each measured throughout the engagement.

Aligned Messaging
Nobody thinks they are misaligned. Yet this is the most common cause of failed change. You shouldn't hope leaders speak with one voice. You should know.

Manager Capability
Communication capability built for real conversations where staff are skeptical, uncertain, or disengaged. Skills that hold under pressure, not just in training rooms.

Risk Visibility
You can't address what you can't see. The system makes adoption risk visible and specific. You see obstacles before they become expensive.
How the System Works
1
Sprint
Surface where communication is breaking down and what to do about it in 60–90 days.

2
Quarterly Cycles
3
System Transfer
Transfer full ownership to your team. Make communication capability an internal function.

Sprint
A 60–90 day engagement that surfaces where communication is breaking down across your organization and establishes the baseline for everything that follows.

We align on what change messaging should be and how it is actually landing. We establish where manager capability is strongest and where there are gaps. We identify where adoption is most at risk and why. You leave with a clear, specific picture of what's working, what isn't, and what to address first.
What You Receive
-
Alignment Audit: Clarity on messaging and what the organization is actually hearing, debriefed directly with your leadership.
-
Manager Capability Baseline: Select the managers you want to strengthen. Know where they are starting from and what needs to be prioritized.
-
Adoption Risk Assessment: See where adoption is most at risk, what is driving it, and what you can do about it.
-
Readiness Roadmap: Integrated findings, baseline measurements, and a prioritized path forward.
Outputs are complete and usable. No long-term commitment required.
Quarterly Cycles
90-day capability cycles where managers build communication capability and leadership sees measurable progress. Quarter by quarter commitment based on clear outcomes.

Each cycle delivers training and one-on-one coaching for the cohort, a mid-cycle messaging alignment check with leadership, and a re-administration of the adoption risk survey to track movement. At the end of every cycle, you receive a clear recommendation for where to go next.
What You Receive
-
Messaging Alignment Check: A mid-cycle confirmation that messaging is holding, and early identification of any drift before it impacts the organization.
-
Manager Capability Report: Capability updates against the Sprint baseline, at the cohort level, with individual flags where warranted.
-
Adoption Risk Dashboard: Risks tracked against baseline across the organization. Know what's handled, what's not, and what's emerging.
-
Quarterly Progress and Plan: Integrated findings and a specific, evidence-based recommendation for what comes next.
Prerequisite: Completion of Sustainable Change Sprint.
Commitment: One cycle at a time.
System Transfer
A 6–12 month program that transfers the Sustainable Change System to your organization. Communication capability becomes a permanent internal function, not a vendor relationship.

Internal champions are trained to run alignment sessions, lead manager development, and administer assessments independently. The engagement closes with three deliverables that clarify who runs the system, how they are equipped to run it, and what has changed in your organization.
What You Receive
-
Champion Certification: Designated owners across the organization with the capability to fulfill this work. Internal accountability for what has been built.
-
System Playbook: A complete operational guide for running the system independently. Assembled across the engagement and tailored to your organization.
-
Final Impact Report: The full story of the engagement, from Sprint baseline to Transfer close. Clear findings for leadership, board members, and staff.
Prerequisite: Minimum two Quarterly Cycles completed.
